A.S. Bryden & Sons (Antigua) Ltd. was founded in 1964 by the late Mr. William “Bill” Minors with just five employees and ten product lines, focused on consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and spirits.
Following Mr. Minors' passing in 2007, his daughter Ms. Frances-Ann Minors took the helm as Managing Director, continuing the family legacy while steering the company into a new era of growth and innovation.
